With Enzo going down backwards in front of him, they manage to descend without too much incident.

Then it is through the Door and into the utility software tunnels.

"Welcome to cyberspace. Great first view, huh?"

"...I've seen worse."

...It's getting to be really weird to move his whole body around to look from side to side.

"...anything I should be worried about for this?"

"Not unless you get stage fright. I've already had Guppy and Claudia here. Everyone knows the drill by now, and if a Programmer survived the grilling, you've got nothing to worry about."

"Good point, they've got no bones they'd want to pick with me." Tyler nods...and wow is that ever an experience, as they walk down the tunnels.

Zeroes are unmatched for nodding, this is true.

As they walk, a number of adult binomes, with an overalls-and-toolbelt look to them, stare at them from side tunnels. They seem to be lying in wait for just this purpose.

As they pass these adult binomes, Tyler does note how they are actually larger than him...and some of the looks.

...Well here goes nothing.

"Uhm...hi?"

There is a certain amount of hesitation, then a number of nervous waves a few hellos in return. Some of them actually smile warmly.

After they've passed, a buzz of whispering follows them.

Enzo grins. "I think they liked you."

"...I guess so..." He's not entirely convinced..but at least a few of them seemed pretty okay with him.
