Enzo stumbles through the gateway and into his father's lab, followed closely by Val and the still-struggling Tyler. He's not as badly off now he's back in his own world, but he's still flickering unhealthily.
After the vid window popped up, Welman silently went to work on the gateway, binomes at work starting to look up from their respective jobs only after he got to work. Having this thing was convenient, but there was something to be said on the timing...
CLANG! A binome dropped what he was holding as Enzo and two unfamiliars - a sprite and a binome - exited the portal now. Eyes of the working class met now. There had been some...rumors. 'Course, only the higher-ups had access, but there were a few theories in circulation. For now, the null in the exo-suit had little time to address this as he saw his son and the others.
Val steps over to give Enzo a hand or someone to lean on if he needs it.
"Is there a doctor or someone you should see? You're not looking too good." She doesn't bother to hide the worry but she does turn to the...program? Val's not sure what it is but Enzo seemed to recognize it, him?, so she addresses him. "I'm Val. I'm fine but Enzo needs help. Tyler?"
Once he's been set down onto his feet, Tyler's been looking about the room through narrowed eyes. When he gets addressed, he looks from Val, to Welman, and then with a final dirty look at Enzo.
Enzo looks sadly at Tyler, and, after a moment's hesitation, accepts Val's support.
"I guess maybe I could do with a diagnostic."
Refusing to show weakness has its place, but honestly, he just doesn't have the energy for it. But he'd rather not worry his father further by specifying the reason he's in poor shape.
Okay, at a time like this, a father focuses on the important part of things in a crisis. First point: They were safe and sound. Enzo was possibly the worst off, but nothing irrecoverable. Val and the other one were okay, though by the look of the binome, you could certainly swear that he was through the roof with anger about somethng. Probably with whatever just happened... By Enzo's words, it sounded almost like his worst fears confirmed. Nodding his little null-head at Val and taking Enzo's admission of needing a diagnostic as a cue, Welman now took the floor.
"Alright, Enzo. You head over to Phong and get yourself checked out. After that, some food and rest would probably be for the best, and I mean rest."
Sorry, Enzo, but that parental tone puts you in for a bit of a wait.
Tyler just nods, giving the null a look before stating.
"I know my way around..I'll be fine on my own."
...and with that he's disappeared. Much to the surprise and worried glances from Welman's staff. There might be the faint sounds of running feet, but that's it folks.
He'll find his own way out thanks. And if there's any justice in the world, he'll find a Neo-Viral in need of a good beating before seeing Enzo again.
...been to Mainframe before, he was going to say, but Tyler has already vanished.
Enzo stares anxiously at where the boy was last seen. Then he sighs. "Oh, well. He can find it. It's at the centre of the city, after all," he adds, raising his voice nigh unto shouting. "C'mon, Val."

(Though she does give him a worried glance as well.)

To Val and Tyler, he says, "You guys want to log in with Dot? It's the same building."
