"I know!" Never mind that she hasn't spent a lot of time there yet, herself. But if what she and Danny talked about earlier happens, that'll be all taken care of.
And if it doesn't, well... perhaps other arrangements can be made.
"I hope you won't have to hide me when I visit. I wish we didn't have to keep you in here the whole time. I gotta teach you to play jetball some cycle."
Little Miss NASA ought to love that, just for the jetpack factor.
"Well, Dot's trying to keep the spotlight off Danny and everyone else who helped with Daemon, and keep Milliways a secret from the rest of your world," she points out.
She tries not to think about the fact that she only got to sit in the bar and worry while they were fighting the virus, or about what people from the Supercomputer would do if they found out she was a User.
"Yeah, I know," he says glumly. "I just wish I could show you the city. Oh, well. Next time I can," he adds, brightening, "when you come for the wedding, 'cause I'll have been at the Academy for a while by then and we can say I met you in the Supercomputer. Then we can go jetballing!"
Always easier for guys, isn't it? Of course, it'll be even easier for Enzo; he gets to wear his dress uniform. (And cadets don't have that horrid uncomfortable collar.)
"And circuit racing, and we can go to the data slide, oh, and I'll have to show you the Diner, of course..."
At that time, there's a Dot in the doorway, with a bowl of code freeze on a tray. "Enzo, I think you're beginning to wear her out... Here you go, hun, some COCOA code freeze."
It bears a striking resemblance to a scoop of chocolate ice cream, except someone's done the extra favor of pouring a heaping helping of melted digitized chocolate all over it.
Oh, plenty. Heck, she'll be spending most of that time here.
"And I already told Dot," he says, smiling up at the big sister in question, "that I'm gonna find a stable Door there soon as I can. So I'll still be able to come see... everyone."
"Are we going to have to separate you children?" says a mild, amused-sounding voice from the seemingly-empty doorway, and adds, "I take it this is Danielle, then?"
A small green-and-red blob slips into the room and approaches the bed. "Hopefully one more extra-small visitor won't overwhelm the patient? Hello, Dani," it adds, climbing the end table. "Welman Matrix, father to these two fine specimens. Enzo's told me a great deal about you."

As Enzo talks, Dani fights back the urge to yawn. Although she doesn't want to admit it, the visit is starting to tire her out.
